Get Involved
We have many ways for you to get involved with the Hammersmith & Fulham Health and Care Partnership. If you are a resident, service user or community group we have opportunities to support our workstreams, attend events or join the Hammersmith & Fulham Patient Reference Group to have your voice heard and help shape services. We will do this in a way that is accessible to people with different needs.
We will update our News tab with details of ways to get involved as well as publicise this through other communication channels. You can also reach us using the Contact Us tab.
Resident and Community Involvement channels

As part of our vision we work with our communities and residents to co-produce change.
​
Co-production is a way of working that involves people who use health and care services, carers and communities in equal partnership; and which engages groups of people at the earliest stages of service design, development and evaluation. We want residents to feel actively involved in the development of the Partnership and feel ownership of the decisions made and the work we do.
