Come along and have your voice heard!
We warmly welcome you to our Patient Reference Group meetings. Come along and tell us about your health and care experiences and work with us to co-design local services.
The group has a patient chair and sets its own agenda and areas for discussion. This includes a wide range of topics that are presented by invited guest speakers.

Meetings are held at the Irish Cultural Centre, 5 Black's Road, Hammersmith, London, W6 9DT. Tea/coffee is provided.
