New Hammersmith & Fulham webinar date announced!

The Hammersmith and Fulham borough focused webinar will take place from 1 to 2.30pm on Monday 4th December 2023. Please book your space by clicking here.

Four webinars have been held in Hammersmith and Fulham, Brent, Hounslow and Ealing and Bi-borough (Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea) and you can view the videos by clicking on the links.  The feedback that has been provided has been challenging at times but very useful and we look forward to having further conversations at future meetings.

The proposed new model of care has been co-designed over the last year by a working group of NW London residents, along with clinicians, NHS providers and charitable hospices with the ultimate goal of making sure there is improved access to high quality services. 

It is now time to look at what that means in practice and during the webinar we will share the various potential service options that have been developed and ask for people’s feedback and answer questions. Attendees will also have the opportunity to put forward their own suggestions of potential options to be considered if they think we have missed or not thought of something. 

For Hammersmith and Fulham residents who are unable to attend the borough specific event, there are two NW London wide events that you can also attend.
